Susan Szabo has travelled extensively throughout the Hawaiian Islands and during her adventures, she encounters places that she finds especially inspiring. "Enchanted Path" is Susan's depiction of a powerful place she encountered on the island of Kauai. She experienced it as a magical forest with a gently curving pathway that led her to a beautiful sunny clearing. To her, this place is representative of the kind of journey through life she hopes for - and this painting communicates a sense of calm serenity, inviting the viewer to enter her world and explore the pathway.
